Our Souls at Night

Our Souls at Night narrates the maturing in the elderly age of two septuagenarian widowed neighbours of a fictional small town in united states. “One late afternoon in May, just before it’s completely dark,” Addie Moore, 70, crosses the block and knocks at Louis Waters’s nearly 70 door to invite him to “come to my house from time to time to sleep with me”. The cover art seeks to recreate this scenery using the photo that brings this atmosphere of intimacy. the arrangement of the lettering suggests this delicate relationship.
